Fafda


Another snack based dish that almost everyone in India is also aware of. Fafda is also crunchy and a good accompaniment with tea. Like several other dishes, the base of this snack is also besan or gram flour. The dough gets made with the flour, carom seeds, black pepper, and salt. Then we have to roll it out and deep fry it in hot oil.
