Baked Chicken Chalupas


Again, a popular non-vegetarian Texas dish with a Mexican blend to it. The chicken used here is shredded, along with the thick cream of chicken soup, and two types of cheese. Olives and green chilies are also used along with onions and paprika to bring a great flavor to the dish. It is more like the Cheese Enchiladas and is baked with tortillas.
